Shipping, Refunds & Returns

1. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled from a U.S.-based 3PL warehouse (powered by Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment network). We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- Order processing: orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day.
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch (typical for ground shipments via USPS, UPS, or DHL eCommerce, depending on destination).
- Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your label is created — usually within a few hours of placing the order.
- Free U.S. shipping on all orders over $60. Below that, a flat $5.95 shipping rate applies.
- Subscription orders ship on the same schedule and on the same day each month, so you can rely on them arriving before your previous bottle runs out.
2. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking has not updated for 7+ business days, or your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email Contact@NaturesJourneyHealth.com within 14 days of the original ship date with your order number and (if relevant) a photo. We will reship at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
We do not require the carrier to file an insurance claim before we resolve a damaged or lost order. We take care of the carrier side.
3. 30-day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund of your first bottle of any product. To qualify:
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of the original delivery date
- The refund applies to the first opened bottle of a given product per household
- Any additional unopened bottles from the same order can also be refunded (return shipping covered by the customer)
- Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) is required
Because we trust the customer, you do not have to ship the opened bottle back to qualify for the first-bottle refund. We’d rather you take what you opened and give us honest feedback than fill out a return label.
4. What’s Not Refundable
- Orders placed more than 30 days before the refund request
- Second and subsequent opened bottles of the same product per household
- Subscription renewal orders that have already shipped (please cancel or pause the subscription in your account before the next ship date to prevent renewal)
- Free promotional items
- Shipping fees on the original order (if shipping was charged)
5. How to Request a Refund
Email Contact@NaturesJourneyHealth.com with:
- Your order number (or the email used at checkout)
- A short note on what didn’t work — we read every reply and use it to improve the formula
- Photos, if the product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item
We reply within 1 business day with next steps.
6. Return Shipping (for additional unopened bottles)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping on additional unopened bottles unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service so your return doesn’t get lost in transit
- We refund as soon as the return is delivered to our 3PL — you don’t need to wait for it to be processed
7. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval
- The exact time the funds appear depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 2–5 additional business days)
8. Subscriptions: Cancel or Pause Anytime
Every subscription can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time from your account — no phone call or email required. Changes made at least 24 hours before the next renewal date will apply to the next shipment.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Please email us before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and inability to purchase in the future. We process every legitimate refund request — there is no need to involve your bank.
10. Purchases Made on Third-Party Platforms
If you purchased Nature’s Journey products on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or another third-party retailer, refunds and returns are subject to that platform’s policies. We can help you escalate — just email us with your order details.
11. Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive returns, or fraud. Our 30-day promise is built on trust — please don’t make us tighten it for everyone else.
